How to deal with Bad times

Bad times are often a part of our lives. Either they break us or make us. Life has its up and downs as the cliche saying goes. But how bad can it be? Bad to an extent where you just lose your consciousness or bad to an extent where you just had a bad breath.

I have been through bad times myself. Think about being born into a good family, but not respected or loved by anybody. When your own parents don’t naturally like you, when every group throughout your life you have been with, hated you with the utmost disgrace. When your own cousins consider you as a joke. Cried a little bit? Well, now I don’t have any tears left to cry. I mean I am in a phase of my life where my subconscious cares a lot but my consciousness tells everyone that I seriously don’t care. I realized soon that someone’s opinion is just an opinion, and no matter how many groups they were, they still won’t cover 1/100000000 of the earth population, so how about we move on and bring our A-game. Because 1/100000000th of people can’t stop me bringing the best version out of me. And even in the last statement, the numerator gets multiplied by a thousand, think about innocent celebrities who go through those media lies and unsolicited false criticisms. It just breaks my heart that people cannot be brave enough for their own purposes and hide their true selves just because of the fear of the masses.

The point is, bad times will always be around like periods every month. But what we can do is prepare ourselves. For someone who is going through a bad day, he or she should think about gratitude, which will surely change the mood. Then start thinking about those specific moments in your life where you felt heavily respected and honored by your social circle, or you can think about where you helped somebody and they exclusively thanked you for it. Your brain will go into a gloomy sunshine ray and you will surely forget how bad your day was. Once you inculcate that in your habits, it can simply change bring more power to you and your loved ones, as we are all truly and unknowingly dependent on each other.
