Life can be tough, and we can be at our worst where anybody can hurt us. Becoming weak from the inside can be dangerous for our mental health as well as for our future. We can also be at our best, living the good life, but only some of us get to do that. And having a lot of money in the bank has nothing to do with living a good life. I have seen people having a lot of wealth but simultaneously having nothing gratifying enough in order to keep them content for a lifetime.

And if you are reading this, you might be the one who wants to upgrade your life and chances are that you are looking forward to making a positive change in your one hell of a life.

What I think is that life is simple. It is just a vast, slow & peaceful road of time. We, humans, complexed it a lot with our perspectives and contradictions, our cultures and stereotypes, our impracticable notions & useless commentary. That is why meditating is highly recommended for humans because it gives us time to just shut on our perspectives and vibes, and let us understand what is going inside of us.

How to start?

It all starts with creating a timetable, a schedule, not a tight one, but also not a loose one. Because if you keep it tight, you will not be able to keep up with your own expectations on the first day, and whereas if you keep a loose one, then what is the benefit of keeping a schedule after all. So, the amount of time that you are about to divide your day and night into, should be equally justified to your life goals and interests.

For example, I like to learn more about the business world, so I spend 1/12th of my day learning about it on the internet every day. As well as I like to help brands with their brand face and marketing strategies, so I work part-time with startups to learn. I understand that sometimes our conditions do not allow us to grow, and soon we start treating that condition as a mental constraint and later we all we start seeing it as an obstacle in our growth, but in order to achieve something we have not achieved yet, we have to do something we have not done yet. So, we can always start today, and to the people who believe that they don’t have time, we know that is not the truth at all.

Stages

Stage 1 — Addicted to our own productiveness

When you will start following your schedule for a month or two, you will start becoming addicted to it. It will become very difficult for you to break that productive cycle because that schedule is so likely customized for your life, that you will start hating to do something out of that cycle. And from the word, cycle, you might be getting the idea of repetition of the same tasks every day, but in order to become the best, you have to stay consistent and patient, because good things take time.

Stage 2 — Working towards being significantly good

After setting our schedule, and sticking it for long a long period of time, we can always deserve a pat on our back. but things don’t end there. You will transfer yourselves from the stage of scheduling to the stage of supremeness.

It is time to push our limits, and take it where we wanted to, so it can add value to us.

Stage 3- Bringing the change

Bringing change is the coolest thing when you hear somebody saying it but often the toughest thing to do. Honestly, it takes time to become good at something. Execution is the most important thing when it comes to bringing change. You should be able to take criticism and the replies of disapproval which will be there to break you in a thousand million pieces before anything legendary happens in your life.

Stage 4 - Observing the good change and its positive outcomes

As the change happens, you can always feel how it becomes a milestone for you. You will also feel the shift happening around you and in your other aspects of life. The best part about becoming a part of a particular change is the innate feeling of being proud that you made that change happen.

I wish you the best for the positive change that you are looking for. You can always comment down what do you don’t like about what I wrote as I am always out there for feedback.
