The Importance of Running

From the origin of problems, life can be dull and depressing. In a life filled with problems, criticisms, ghosting dates, and complaining parents, you can always run away. I am not talking about leaving everything. I am literally talking about running. Running steps forward, slowly and steadily, in a quiet place where you feel comfortable. Mine is a huge park near my home. I always feel that somehow it is my practice ground. Where I can be calm and stop thinking for a while. And that's what keeps me running. Now, I am not afraid of my sore feet, I am afraid of missing those long runs.

I have been running for a while now. It is a very simple activity. No bars and heavyweights to feel somehow break your bones, or may is it just me who feels that way.

I am usually unable to focus on quite a lot of things. I am aware that creating a timetable would help for sure. But somehow I get in a lazy mood when I think of a timetable.

I am really happy that my body is now adapting to those long runs, my heart beats faster than usual and it feels good when you run fast.
